This website provides general information about water project services and a way to contact ZEDOPS LTD (RC 7018117), trading as ZEDOPS. Use it lawfully, submit accurate information and do not impersonate others, submit malicious content, scrape personal information, probe systems without permission or disrupt availability.

Enquiries, pricing and contracts

A form submission is a request for contact, not a booking, accepted quotation or promise of service. Availability, scope, site assessment, charges, taxes, deposits, milestones, cancellation, warranties and dispute arrangements must be agreed in a separate written project contract. Do not pay solely because you submitted this form; confirm payment instructions through our published phone number.

Groundwater and safety

Geology, depth, yield and water quality vary. Website imagery is illustrative. Reference photographs are credited separately and are not ZEDOPS project records or guarantees. Surveys reduce uncertainty but cannot guarantee a successful borehole. Water intended for drinking needs appropriate laboratory testing and, where indicated, treatment. Work is subject to site access, permissions and applicable environmental, water resource and safety requirements.

Your information

The privacy notice explains data use and your rights. Submit only information necessary for the enquiry and information you are authorised to share. There is no requirement to accept marketing to contact us.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party services, including WhatsApp, have separate terms. The source-code handover does not transfer third-party trademarks or impose a software licence that has not been separately agreed.

Availability and liability

Maintenance or provider outages may interrupt the website. Contact us by phone if online enquiries are unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided without a guarantee of completeness or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable liability, mandatory consumer rights, fraud liability or statutory data protection rights.
