What this website collects

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, project location, service choice, optional message, submission time, a duplicate-prevention reference and payload fingerprint, and the version of this notice acknowledged. Please provide only a town or project area initially; do not include identity documents, financial details, medical information or other sensitive information.

For abuse prevention, the server processes the visitor IP address into a salted, short-lived hash. The application stores only that hash, a request counter and expiry, not the raw IP. Short-term hashed identifiers are also used in Cloudflare rate-limiting counters to reject abusive request bursts. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser signals and security information as part of hosting and Turnstile.

Purpose and lawful basis

Enquiry details are used to respond and take steps at your request before entering a contract. Limited security processing serves legitimate interests in preventing abuse, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for additional processing it must be requested separately; the form acknowledgement is not permission for unrelated marketing. Legal obligations may require specific records to be retained.

Storage, access and retention

Enquiries are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. Only authorised business personnel and service providers acting under appropriate arrangements should access them. The application is configured to delete initial enquiries after 90 days through a scheduled task running every five minutes. Security counters expire within 20 minutes and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Backups and provider logs may follow separate provider retention schedules. Records required for a subsequent contract or legal obligation need a separately documented retention policy.

Your browser temporarily stores a request reference and form fingerprint in session storage to prevent duplicate submissions. It does not store the form text there. This reference is removed after a confirmed success or when the browser session ends. Notification delivery status is stored with the enquiry and deleted with it.

Providers and international processing

Resend is used for staff email alerts containing only an enquiry reference, not your name, phone number or message. Email delivery is subject to provider availability. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and bot protection and may process data outside Nigeria. Before collecting live data, ZEDOPS LTD must confirm its provider agreements, processing locations and lawful cross-border transfer safeguards. WhatsApp is optional and operates under its own privacy terms. This site uses no advertising analytics or marketing cookies. Security providers may use necessary technical storage; consult Cloudflare’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. There are no automated decisions about you in this application. Contact us using the details above; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission without first contacting us.

Nigeria and other African jurisdictions

The primary framework for this Nigeria-based service is the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable regulatory instruments. Africa has distinct national privacy laws: additional duties may apply when offering services or processing data in another country. The African Union Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection is a regional framework; it does not replace national law or mean identical rules apply across Africa.
